Site visit in North London for a new apartment renovation project located on Stoke Newington High Street. The property sits above a row of shops within an old Victorian brick building. The existing apartment retains a number of original period features that will inform the design approach.

Sketch for a new rooftop penthouse in Hackney, London. The design concept comprises two interlocking volumes that create a series of terraces, wrapped in an ivy clad facade.
September 2024
Construction begins on the old farmhouse. The pool house will be converted into the new kitchen & dining area, featuring a central fireplace & new double height glass partitions to the facade, creating a continuous sea view.

Sketch proposal for a new villa in Nacka. Materials, use of light & form are inspired by the surrounding forest. Commissioned as part of an initial study for a client considering development of the site.

Design development is underway to transform the old farm house on Ranarpsstrand. We are sketching on the existing building, producing drawings and 3D studies to help the client explore and choose the best design direction.
